As the Building Approvals Coordinator, you will be in a key customer facing role and possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills in order to build meaningful and productive client relationships. 
As the Estimator, you will possess strong project management skills, attention to detail and construction knowledge, that will assist the continuous improvement of business systems and processes. 
In this role you will be representing our client in a key customer facing role. You will have good interpersonal skills that will allow you to build effective customer relationships. 
Critical to your success in this position is the ability to work with clients to interpret their sketches and brief to produce full sets of working drawings at various stages of the approval process using ArchiCad.
