Geoff Dunleavy, Director of HumanKapital

Geoff has over 20 years of domestic and international experience across recruitment, human resources, workplace health and safety, industrial and employee relations, organisational training and development, business transformation, acquisitions and divestments.

His international experience includes China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, United States, Canada, South America, Africa, United Kingdom and New Zealand spanning General Manager level roles in ASX listed companies as well as Director level roles in the public sector.

Geoff has post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources, WHS and Business. In addition, he has accreditation as a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Hay Job Evaluator, SHL Personality and Assessment Professional, MBTI Practitioner and Trainer, Quality Auditor, Safety Auditor, Workplace Mediator and Workplace Investigator.

With a strong network of experienced associates and practitioners HumanKapital provides you with advice and support in the following sectors: Manufacturing, Engineering, Mining Services, Banking, Transport and Logistics, Distribution and Warehousing, Sales and Marketing, Technology, Health and Education.

With nearly a decade of experience in industrial relations, human resources, compliance, safety and organisational transformation across manufacturing, mining, and engineering, Hayley is known for delivering practical, people focused solutions that drive business outcomes. She has led enterprise bargaining, workforce transitions, culture change initiatives, and the development of HR systems that balance compliance with long term strategy.

Hayley works closely with leaders to shape high performance cultures, coach and mentor managers, and influence at all levels. She holds Diplomas in Human Resources Management and Business Management, is completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is accredited as an Advanced Return to Work Coordinator and in SHL Personality and Ability Assessment Training.

Glenn has in excess of 20 years’ experience in both domestic and international Human Resources management, having provided strategic and operational Human Resource leadership across NSW, QLD, Singapore and Malaysia. In particular, Glenn has extensive experience in the areas of strategic planning, workplace training, industrial & employee relations, conflict resolution and Workplace Health and Safety.

Glenn’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and Logistics Management.

Catie is experienced in human resources management, workplace health and safety, recruitment, industrial and employee relations, and organisational training and development, working with clients in a variety of industries ranging from legal to construction.

Catie’s strengths include building relationships, conducting research, and identifying opportunities for clients and candidates to maximise outcomes. In addition to providing day-to-day HR support and advice to our clients, Catie has also implemented HRIMS and payroll systems, implemented recruitment systems and databases, managed workplace investigations, assisted in organisational design reviews, and coordinated a number of recruitment campaigns.

Catie has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) with a focus on Organisational Psychology and is passionate about providing tailored advice and support to our clients based on their situation and needs.

With a background in manufacturing and health services, Bridget’s experience lies in generalist human resources support and payroll processing.

Drawing on her robust communication and investigative skills, Bridget has implemented and audited numerous HRIS and payroll systems in addition to providing day-to-day HR support and advice, managing end-to-end recruitment, Enterprise Agreement negotiations, and Return to Work coordination.

With a Bachelor in Business majoring in Human Resource Management, Bridget has a strong passion for diversity and inclusion, and caters her advice and support to clients based on their individual needs.

Gabrielle is a HR Advisor with combined experience across human resources, recruitment, WHS and operations administration. Currently supporting clients in the NFP sector, Gabrielle delivers effective people and recruitment solutions to strengthen teams and build capability.

With a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources and Marketing) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Gabrielle brings a balanced perspective to workforce management, focusing on providing tailored advice to each client’s needs.  

Gabrielle is passionate about creating positive employee experiences, streamlining HR processes, and supporting leaders build engaged and high-performing teams.

With 15 years end-to-end recruitment experience, Sarah has expertise in managing hiring processes for both blue- and white-collar positions, ranging from entry level to executive roles across a wide variety of industries.

Sarah’s key strengths lie in building strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring every placement is the right fit. A strong communicator, she believes understanding the clients and candidate needs are a key attribute to success.

With completion of a Bachelor of Business Administration (majoring in Management) in the United States, Jarrod is eager to grow his knowledge and capabilities in human resources management, employee relations, recruitment, workplace health and safety and return to work processes in his role as People and Culture Graduate. 

Jarrod brings a strong work ethic and understands the importance of delivering high standard services for our client needs. He prioritises building good relationships and is passionate about creating positive experiences. 

Currently completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources, Zoe is passionate about applying her learnings to her role as People and Culture Intern. Zoe is looking forward to growing her skills and knowledge in the areas of human resources management, workplace health and safety, recruitment, industrial and employee relations, and organisational training and development.

Zoe’s strengths lie in her willingness to learn, time management and prioritisation skills, and ensuring that all work effectively meets the needs of our clients and is completed to a high standard.
