With 15 years’ experience in various domestic and international HR roles, Martina is an excellent addition to the HumanKapital team. Her previous experience includes working in several HR global roles, working as an L&D Advisor for an HR professional organisation, and advising Senior Managers and business leaders as an HR Business Partner. Specialising in recruitment, employer branding, and employee engagement, Martina is passionate about assisting clients find the best fit solutions for their organisation and is known for going above and beyond clients’ expectations.
Martina has a Bachelor in HR Management as well as qualifications in DISC Assessment and Mental Health First Aid. She has worked in a range of industries including Telecommunication, Leisure and Entertainment, Finance, Education and the NFP sector.
Martina is currently working with various clients, assisting them in the recruitment of positions ranging from base level casual roles to high level experts. We are so pleased to have Martina as a part of our HumanKapital team.
