As our newest addition to the HumanKapital team, Dean has over 15 years’ experience across human resources management, workplace health and safety, quality management, recruitment, industrial and employee relations, and organisational training and development.
In his most recent role, Dean held the position of National HR/WHSE/Quality Manager for a publicly listed Manufacturing, Mining and Engineering company. His experience also includes Director level roles in the public sector and General Manager level roles in Manufacturing, Mining and Engineering companies in both Australia and New Zealand.
Dean has postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources and Workplace Health and Safety. In addition, he has accreditation as a Quality Auditor, Safety Auditor, Return to Work Coordinator, MBTI Practitioner, Workplace Mediator and Workplace Investigator.
