Last week we ran a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) workshop with a team from Webber Architects at the Mercure hotel in Charlestown.
All of us had an opportunity to enjoy an energising workshop in a relaxing, covid-safe open terrace space, that can accommodate groups of up to 20 people.
It was a perfect time to work and learn in a covid-safe environment and still enjoy a beautiful, tranquil view next to the resort pool, as well as tasty refreshments, while having all the comfort and care of the hotel’s staff and reliable wi-fi connection. The MBTI is recognised as a practice way for teams to focus on communication, teamwork and problem solving.
